In 1972, a 12-year-old schoolboy named Yura from Lyubertsy discovered the music of Robertino Loretti and was inspired to start singing. However, he hesitated at first, as he was told by his peers and some adults that singing was not suitable for men. Fortunately, Yura received guidance and mentorship from a young music teacher named Varvara, who fostered his talent and encouraged him to audition for the Pavlov Choir. With only a month until the TV festival "Song of the Year," the head of the choir had to quickly expand the roster and prepare a new program.
