Emir Kenzhegazyuly Baigazin (Kazakh: Эмир Кенжеғазыұлы Байғазин; born July 19, 1984, in Tamdy) is a Kazakh filmmaker, director, screenwriter, editor, producer, cinematographer, and actor.
After completing high school in Alga (2002–2004), he attended the acting school of the T. Akhtanov Aktobe Drama Theater. In 2004, he enrolled at the Kazakh National Academy of Arts, specializing in film direction and cinema. In September 2007, he took part in the Busan International Film Festival's Asian Film Academy (AFA). In February 2008, he joined the Berlin camp for young talent during the 58th Berlin International Film Festival in Germany.
