Biography
Titeänyä Rodríguez is a genre fluid writer, producer, director, entrepreneur, and survivor advocate from the Midwest and Puerto Rico. Her work lives at the intersection of storytelling, technology, community building, and social impact, centering women, queer and trans people, survivors, and other historically marginalized communities. She is the Founder and Executive Director of The Gold Star Society, a survivor-led nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing safety, healing, housing, and economic justice for women, queer, nonbinary, and BIPOC survivors of abuse. Through innovative programs, direct-to-survivor support, and systems change advocacy, the organization works to create pathways toward long term safety and empowerment. She is also the Founder and CEO of NestHer, a trauma informed technology platform and community ecosystem designed to help survivors safely navigate housing, relationships, community building, and healing. Through the NestHer app and its expanding network of programs, Titeänyä is pioneering survivor centered technology that bridges safety, connection, and economic empowerment. Through her creative imprints, WOMXNOGRAPHY ENTERTAINMENT and its subsidiary HER HOUSE OF HORRORS, Titeänyä develops stories that explore identity, intimacy, survival, and transformation across film, television, music, publishing, and digital media. She is also the Founder of NestHer Closet, a trauma informed fashion initiative that empowers survivors through style, sustainability, and community. As Founder and Owner of Cre8tive C0ntr0l Management, a sports and entertainment management company representing artists and athletes, Titeänyä blends survivor informed advocacy with bold, genre defying storytelling and talent development. A Certified Crisis Advocate through Peace Over Violence, she integrates lived experience and professional expertise to elevate marginalized voices and create innovative solutions for survivors. Her work spans podcasts, documentaries, web series, short films, music videos, technology ventures, and social impact initiatives. She is a published poet in *Who Am I* (PEN USA) and the author of *GOLD STAR*, with her second novel, *HER NIGHT IN VEGAS*, slated for release in 2026. Recognized for her leadership, creativity, and commitment to social change, Titeänyä is a 2025 Black Queer Creative Summit Cohort member with GLAAD, a SPI State Fellow, a resident artist with The Sunflower Project, and a member of the inaugural Black Femme MakerSpace Residency cohort. She is also a proud member of Brown Girls Doc Mafia and ForbesBLK. Through storytelling, technology, entrepreneurship, and advocacy, Titeänyä is building a future where survivors are not only safe, but empowered to thrive and where imagination becomes a tool for collective liberation.
