Biography
Elena Perova was born on June 24, 1976, in Moscow. In 1986, she joined the singing and choreography group "Children's World," which later evolved into the Moscow Children's Theater stage. Anastasia Makarevich and Isolde Ishkhanishvili, who later formed the group "High School" with her, were also part of this group. In 1997, Elena Perova was dismissed from the "High School" group due to a contract violation. She then performed with the band "Amega." Starting in 2000, Elena pursued solo projects. She posed for Playboy magazine and appeared twice on its cover. That same year, she graduated from the Moscow Economics and Statistics Institute as well as the International Institute of Hotel Management and Tourism. In 2002, Elena starred in the film "On the Move." In 2003, she took part in the reality show "Survivor 3: The Lost" on Channel One. On November 7, 2004, she began co-hosting the musical talk show "Life is Beautiful" on the STS channel and later on TV Home, alongside former Minister of Culture Mikhail Shvydkoi and honored Russian artist, composer, and pianist Levon Oganezov. From 2008 to 2010, Elena played a leading role in the television series "Margosha," which aired on STS (Russia), 1+1 (Ukraine), and the 31st channel (Kazakhstan). This series significantly increased her popularity. Since 2009, she has been a columnist for the Infomania program on STS. On March 12, 2011, the show "Girls," hosted by Elena, premiered on Russia 1. In 2011, she also participated in the show "Cruel Intentions" on Channel One. Since 2013, Elena Perova has served as the editor-in-chief of the music broadcasting department at Channel One.
