Biography
Jennifer R. Glass is an entrepreneur, business strategist, speaker, and television Associate Producer known for helping organizations improve revenue performance through stronger decision-making, operational alignment, and growth systems.
She is the Founder and CEO of Business Growth Strategies International (BGSI), an award-winning advisory firm that works with businesses, organizations, and leadership teams to identify growth barriers, improve performance, and create more predictable revenue outcomes. She is also the founder of BGSI Payments and has spent more than two decades working with companies ranging from small businesses to established organizations across multiple industries.
Throughout her career, Glass has advised thousands of business owners and executives, delivered presentations for organizations including the Small Business Development Center (SBDC), SCORE, financial institutions, professional associations, and business groups, and has been featured by national and local media outlets including ABC, CBS, NBC, and FOX affiliates.
In addition to her business advisory work, Glass serves as an Associate Producer for the television series "America’s Real Deal," where she helps entrepreneurs prepare for investment opportunities, supports business growth initiatives, and mentors founders as they scale their companies.
Glass is also the creator of the Revenue Friction Index(TM), a business diagnostic framework focused on identifying the hidden operational, financial, and decision-making obstacles that can limit organizational growth. She frequently speaks on business growth, revenue alignment, entrepreneurship, leadership, and operational performance.
