Biography
Camille starred opposite Jesse Eisenberg in his playwriting debut "Asuncion," earning rave reviews from Vogue, Vanity Fair, and even receiving an onscreen shoutout from Jimmy Fallon. She made an impact on Netflix’s animated feature "Seal Team," voicing Jing, a spirited martial-arts expert and love interest to Patrick Warburton’s Geraldo, alongside JK Simmons, Matthew Rhys, and Kristen Schaal.
Camille Mana appears on the CBS drama "The Equalizer" as Ruby, sister to Mel Bayani (Liza Lapira), and in the Lionsgate SXSW competition film "Scrambled," featuring Leah McKendrick, Yvonne Strahovski, June Diane Raphael, Ego Nwodim, and Clancy Brown, available on Hulu. She recently starred in the Cannes Silver Lion-winning "Museum Worthy" and played Lily the Lawyer in "We Good."
Her film credits span Sundance and Toronto festival dramas such as "Smart People" with Dennis Quaid and Sarah Jessica Parker, "Cake" with Jennifer Aniston, and "Norman" with Adam Goldberg and Richard Jenkins, as well as comedies like "College" with Haley Bennett, "Speed-Dating" starring Chris Elliott, and "High School" featuring Adrien Brody and Colin Hanks. She portrays Dr. White in the feature film "Captain Tsunami," starring Jeremy Sisto and Madeleine McGraw.
As a producer, Camille worked on "Equal Opportunity," starring Aldis Hodge, Alanna Ubach, and Tom Lenk, which won Best Film at NBC’s Comedy Shortcuts Festival and was an Official Selection at SXSW, HBO Comedy Festival, and Montreal Just For Laughs. Her producing credits also include "Carnal Orient," an Official Selection at Slamdance, and "The Bird Who Could Fly," directed by her mentor Raphael Sbarge.
She streams on Netflix as Series Regular Lisa Sanchez in the long-running sitcom "One on One," opposite Kyla Pratt. Recent roles include Rose Castillo on "New Amsterdam," portraying a hate-crime victim in NBC’s spotlight on AAPI violence during the COVID pandemic.
