Biography
Courtney Rheagan Wallace was born on June 9, 1987, in Dallas, Texas, to Rodney and Silvia Wallace.
From an early age, Rheagan showed a natural talent for entertaining, staging "plays" in her living room for the family camcorder, performing impressions, and reciting every line from the movies she watched—often with her dad enthusiastically joining in any role she needed.
As she grew, it became clear that Rheagan had the potential to pursue a career in entertainment. She participated in the local Dallas scene, guest-starred twice on Walker Texas Ranger, and worked as a kid DJ for Radio Disney.
After relocating to Los Angeles with her family, Rheagan's career gained momentum. She took on a variety of roles, from comedy to drama, landing parts in two independent films—Six String Samurai and Dill Scallion—as well as appearances on popular TV series such as 7th Heaven, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, ER, That's So Raven, Malcolm in the Middle, NYPD Blue, Judging Amy, Boston Public, and more.
In 2003, she achieved a dream role as Emma, the eldest daughter of Chevy Chase, in an NBC pilot produced by Lorne Michaels. Filmed at Silver Cup Studios in New York, the pilot was not picked up, but Rheagan regards the experience as one of the highlights of her career. Since childhood, she has aspired to be part of the SNL cast, and this role brought her closest to that dream.
Following that, she starred in films including Deep in the Heart, released in Cinemark theaters on February 17, 2012, where she portrayed Deede, the daughter of Texas agricultural magnate Richard "Dick" Wallrath (played by Jon Gries).
One of her recent projects, the short film Amazin' Grace, earned Rheagan her first award. She won 'Best Actress in a Short Film' at the Bare Bones International Film Festival in April 2014.
Her latest feature film, Hellraiser: Judgment—the tenth installment of the renowned Hellraiser franchise—was scheduled for release on Blu-ray and DVD on February 13, 2018.
