Career
Nadia Björlin gained significant recognition for her role on the soap opera Days of our Lives,[1] debuting as Chloe Lane in December 1999. Initially, Chloe was portrayed as a nerdy, bespectacled girl but evolved into a quiet beauty with singing talent who fell for the wealthy Philip Kiriakis, played by Jay Kenneth Johnson. She departed again in September 2005 to join the UPN series Sex, Love & Secrets, which was canceled shortly after. Björlin continued to guest star on shows like Jake in Progress and Out of Practice. In summer 2005, she appeared on the Fishbowl radio program "Coming Out with Reichen," hosted by Reichen Lehmkuhl on the Fishbowl Radio Network, an Internet station for reality TV alumni.
Since leaving Days, Björlin has acted in the independent film If I Had Known I Was a Genius, alongside Markus Redmond, Whoopi Goldberg, Sharon Stone, and Tara Reid; the film was showcased at the 2007 Sundance Film Festival. She was also cast as the female lead in Chicago Pictures' Redline, starring Eddie Griffin and Nathan Phillips, which was released in theaters on April 13, 2007. Björlin returned to Days of our Lives as Chloe on November 29, 2007. She is set to star in the web series Venice and recently had a small role on the TV series NCIS as a suburban housewife, where her character exhibits an attraction to Anthony DiNozzo despite the brief appearance.
