Biography
Guy Valentine (Ian Morison) is a Canadian actor, tattoo model, and poet known for his emotionally charged performances, commanding presence, and unwavering authenticity. An Afghanistan War Veteran, Valentine draws on years of military service as a Military Police member and his personal journey through PTSD, trauma, and healing to bring depth to every role.
Originally from the East Coast of Canada, Valentine comes from a family of military and engineering minds. After retiring from the Canadian Forces, he turned to acting and modeling; finding both cathartic outlets for self-expression. His distinct look and tattooed storytelling have landed him national campaigns, fashion magazine covers, and features in PEI Living Magazine and Inked Originals Tattoo Magazine.
He has appeared in nationally broadcast commercials, digital series, and independent films. Represented by MMT Management, Valentine is known for portraying characters with grit, vulnerability, and complexity.
Beyond the screen, he is a dedicated advocate for mental health, veterans' issues, and health care reform. He was selected to participate in the Canadian Governor General's rural health reform initiative, where his perspective as a rural veteran helped inform national discussions on equitable care.
Through every medium, film, poetry, or advocacy, Valentine's work is unflinching, evocative, and deeply human.
