Biography
Sabrina Culver is both an accomplished actress and a producer dedicated to promoting sustainability within the film industry. With more than 100 credits in film, television, and commercials, she has made a notable mark in her field.
Balancing her roles as an actress and producer, Sabrina pushes creative boundaries while championing environmental responsibility in filmmaking. Her deep commitment to storytelling and environmental preservation distinguishes her as a pioneer in the industry. An award-winning actress, Sabrina holds dual citizenship in the United States and the Netherlands. Born in Cleveland, Ohio, to a Scottish mother and a Dutch-American father, she relocated with her family to Westfield, New Jersey early in life. There, she immersed herself in local theater and secured her first modeling and TV commercial roles during middle school. She graduated from St. Luke's School in New Canaan, Connecticut, where she studied classical piano, and later majored in Musical Theatre at Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts. Additionally, she trained at the renowned HB Studios in New York City, studying with Fred Kareman. Modeling during college led her to become one of five finalists in the nationwide Wella Balsam "We're Looking for Faces" contest. Her early career included numerous TV commercials, such as a Maryland Lottery ad featuring a young Josh Charles, music videos, and day player roles on soap operas like All My Children and Guiding Light. She earned a coveted part portraying young Marilyn Monroe in the film Broken Dreams. Sabrina has also combined her passion for travel and acting by working on projects across the USA, Europe, and China.
Sabrina has received multiple nominations and awards from international film festivals for her writing, producing, and acting in independent films, including the viral hit Removed by Nathanael Matanick and its sequel Remember My Story. Her portrayal of a birth mother earned her two Best Supporting Actress awards and a nomination in the same category at the 168 Film Festival in Los Angeles. She owns and operates her own production company, Twin Flames Productions, through which she has produced several award-winning short films.
Currently, she splits her time between Los Angeles and the Netherlands, holding both American and Dutch citizenship.
