An Emmy-nominated Executive Producer (2024 & 2025), Jennifer Mador is a creative leader and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in content development and execution including development, writing/producing, directing, project management, operations, marketing, and branded content across multiple platforms. She co-founded a thriving creative company, Eclipse Creative, in 2007-building it from the ground up with a focus on smart strategy, bold decision-making, and staying ahead in an ever-evolving industry. She recently launched Honeydrop Productions with longtime creative partner, Nicole Chiulli. Founded in 2025, Honeydrop Productions is already buzzing - partnering with innovative companies like EchoIQ, developing new lifestyle and factual entertainment formats with HGTV, and expanding into branded and digital storytelling. The company represents the next chapter of Mador's vision - blending authenticity, optimism, and innovation to shape the future of storytelling.
Jennifer has led multi-million dollar campaigns, overseen large teams both in-office and remote, managed client relationships, handled tax credits, and guided projects from pitch to post. She's also developed and sold 2 original show concepts- one of which earned back-to-back Emmy nods. Known for her creativity, forward thinking, and positive leadership style, Jennifer brings energy, dedication, and flexibility to every project she takes on.
