María Gimena de los Milagros Accardi (Spanish pronunciation: [xiˈmena aˈkarði]; born May 27, 1985) is an Argentine actress, model, and occasional singer. She is best known for her television roles as Sabrina Guzmán in Rebelde Way, Bernardita del Marco in Alma Pirata, and Malvina Bedoya Agüero in Casi Ángeles.
Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Accardi began acting as a child in school plays. She made her professional debut in 2000 with the telenovela Los Buscas de Siempre, followed by roles in popular series such as PH (2001), Maridos a Domicilio (2002), Los Simuladores (2002) alongside Natalia Oreiro, and Kachorra (2002). She gained widespread recognition with her portrayal of Sabrina Guzmán in the Cris Morena Group series Rebelde Way (2003), which enjoyed international success.
Following roles in telenovelas including Panadería Los Felipe (2004), Amor en Custodia (2005), and Collar de Esmeraldas (2006), Accardi collaborated again with Cris Morena on Alma Pirata (2006), co-starring Benjamín Rojas, Luisana Lopilato, and Nicolás Vázquez. In 2007, she made her film debut in Cartas para Jenny and began appearing in Casi Ángeles, another Cris Morena production, acting alongside Emilia Attias, Nicolás Vázquez, and the musical group Teen Angels. In 2009, she starred in the film Papá por un Día with Luisana Lopilato and Nicolás Cabré.
Accardi admires filmmakers Pedro Almodóvar, Quentin Tarantino, and Tim Burton. In addition to her acting career, she has worked as a model, promoting brands such as Sweet, Zaff, Soft, and Sans Doute.
