Mike Dusi is an award-winning filmmaker with extensive expertise in the concepts, methods, and techniques of creating distinctive films. He possesses comprehensive knowledge of development, financing, pre-production, physical production, post-production, and distribution across theatrical releases and VOD platforms.
He has produced and managed logistics for feature films, short films, pilots, commercials, and music videos with budgets ranging from $0 to $12 million, working across six countries and nine US states.
He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of film production, including generating and researching film ideas, reading scripts, communicating with writers, coordinating with agents, and collaborating with directors to select casts. His duties also include story consulting, scriptwriting, and script editing. He hires top crews and supervises production teams, manages film production finances—including financial structuring and budgeting—determines expenses and project scale, and oversees post-production processes such as editing, dubbing, and compilation. Additionally, he creates advertising and promotional materials following film completion.
