Biography
Delia is an award-winning Canadian actress celebrated for her infectious spirit and distinctive voice, across film, television, and animation. At the age 13, she has already amassed almost forty television and film credits, working with acclaimed filmmakers and actors including Phil Johnston (Zootopia, Wreck-It Ralph), Roland Emmerich (Independence Day), and Clement Virgo (Brother, The Book of Negroes). In 2020, Delia recorded her first lead animation role on PBS’s Xavier Riddle and the Secret Museum, voicing Ella Fitzgerald. Her performance, including her rendition of "A Tisket, A Tasket," contributed to the episode’s nominations for a Canadian Screen Award for Best Original Music (Animation) and a 49th Annie Award. Delia appears in over ten holiday films, including leading roles in Jingle Bell Love and the sequel Jingle Bell Wedding, opposite Joey McIntyre from New Kids on the Block. Her feature film work includes Moonfall, Spinning Gold, and Brother, with Brother earning a record twelve Canadian Screen Awards in 2023, including Best Motion Picture. On television, Delia is recognized for her roles in DC’s Titans, HBO’s Station Eleven, Amazon’s The Boys and NBC's Brilliant Minds. In addition, Delia has had multiple TV series lead roles including, Apple TV's Circuit Breakers, Titan1 Studios' "Welcome", YTV/Discovery Kids' animation Superwish, and PBS animations Super Why's Comic Book Adventures & Elinor Wonders Why, Most recently, Delia stars as series regular Jayden Henley on Netflix’s I Woke Up a Vampire and appears in a recurring role in Season 2 of CBC’s Plan B. She is also set to lead the upcoming feature film Fairyheart as Lala, opposite Sandra Oh, slated for release in 2028.
