Biography
Ava Vincent, born Jeweliette Valmont on September 29, 1975, in Sacramento, California, was raised in the small town of French Camp. She attended East Union High School, where she participated as a cheerleader. Jeweliette earned a degree in theatre arts from San Joaquin Delta College. Before entering the adult entertainment industry, Valmont worked as a clerk at an adult bookstore in Sacramento.
She began performing in explicit hardcore films in the late 1990s. Valmont appeared in X-rated productions for notable companies including Extreme Associates, Wicked, Seymore Butts, New Sensations, Hustler, Anabolic, Jill Kelly, Club Jenna, Fallen Angel, VCA, Metro, Vivid, Sin City, Adam & Eve, and Kick Ass Pictures.
Jewel received multiple AVN Awards: Best Group Sex Scene in 2000; Best All-Girl Sex Scene—Film in 2001, along with the XRCO Best Girl Girl Sex Scene that same year; Best Supporting Actress—Video and Best Group Sex Scene—Video in 2002; Best Oral Sex Scene in 2004; and Most Outrageous Sex Scene in 2005.
Ava also appeared in films on Showtime, Cinemax, and HBO, such as Illicit Sensations, and made television appearances on series including 5th Wheel and Dave Attell's Insomniac on Comedy Central. She was under contract with toy company Topco for five years, during which she had numerous products released under her name and also modeled as a toy figure.
Ava made a cameo appearance in Jennifer Tilly’s film Fast Sofa and was featured as the Pet of the Month in the August 2001 issue of Penthouse magazine, earning her the title of Penthouse Pet. She has since retired from the adult film industry.
