Biography
Jeff Kaake has spent 12 years as the lead actor in five television series.
Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, Jeff relocated to Southern California in 1980 to follow his passion for acting. After appearing in several national commercials, he honed his craft through workshops with top acting coaches and casting directors, quickly earning recognition as one of the best actors in the area. This dedication led to guest roles on hit shows such as Three's A Crowd (starring Tony Danza), Dynasty, and Dallas.
His notable TV credits include Nasty Boys, Space Rangers, 1st & Ten, Viper, and The D.R.E.A.M. Team.
Jeff starred as pro football player Jamie Waldron in HBO’s 1st & Ten: The Championship. He then secured the lead role of Paul Morrissey, a charismatic Harley-riding cop, in NBC’s Nasty Boys. He portrayed Capt. John Boon in Pen Densham’s cult classic Space Rangers. Jeff was the leading man in two globally syndicated series: as FBI agent Thomas Cole in Viper, and as undercover agent Zach Hamilton in The D.R.E.A.M. Team.
He also had a recurring role as the rebellious Chaz on the popular show Melrose Place. His film and TV movie credits include Club Med, Seeds of Tragedy, Bad Influence, Border Shootout (Glenn Ford’s final film), Lady Boss, The Return of Ironside, Hart to Hart: Two Harts in 3/4 Time, Hollywood Wives: The New Generation, and Prometheus and the Butcher.
Jeff completed a pilot for ABC titled The Advocate, playing the role of Doc R. Head, directed by Michael Robin.
