Biography
Maddy Tyers is a Melbourne-based actor, producer and writer, and the co-creator and producer of Win Win Productions, a boutique production company focused on bold, character-driven comedy.
Maddy's debut short film with Win Win Productions, One For The Money, was selected in the Top 25 Wildcard competition of Tropfest, marking an exciting step into independent filmmaking and festival recognition. Most recently, Win Win Productions' latest short film, Here We Go Again, was named a finalist in the 2026 Very Short Film Festival (VSFF), continuing the company's growing momentum in the Australian screen industry.
As an actor, Maddy has appeared in a range of Australian television series, short films and feature productions, including Neighbours, Back in Very Small Business and City Homicide. She is widely recognised for her supporting lead role as Amanda Tucci in the internationally broadcast children's series The Elephant Princess, which aired in over 35 countries and received the 2009 AFI Award for Best Children's Television Drama. In 2019, Maddy and her husband Jimmy Eaton brought their creativity to a national audience on the AACTA Award-winning series Lego Masters Australia.
Beyond screen performance, Maddy is also a published author. Her debut children's picture book, When Anna Came To Stay, addresses eating disorders for young readers with sensitivity and compassion, and is available in Australia and internationally.
A dedicated creative, Maddy continues to refine her craft through ongoing training at Howard Fine Acting Studio Australia and Brave Studios, alongside mentorship with acclaimed dialect coach Anna McCrossin-Owen. She is represented by John Powell and Wendy Powell at Active Artists Management.
