Biography

David Rempel is a Canadian born producer and story editor who got his start in the development departments of Phoenix Pictures and later, Mel Gibson's, Icon Productions, where he was involved in the early development of movies released through 2023. He went on to produce for the likes of Hallmark and Lifetime Movie Network, and is known for Toxic Skies (2008), The Wedding Dance (2009), and Held Hostage (2009), among others.

Rempel went on to produce the independent documentary, Hellbound? (2012) which garnered theatrical distribution throughout North America. He continues to consult for writers. producers and networks throughout North America.
