Chris Miller, a prominent figure in the animation industry, holds multiple titles such as director, screenwriter, television producer, voice actor, and animator. He obtained his education in animation from the California Institute of Arts and started his career as a storyboard artist for Dreamworks SKG's first animated comedy, Antz. He went on to contribute additional dialogue and the voices of Magic Mirror and Geppetto characters in Shrek, and served as head of story for Shrek 2. With Raman Hui, he co-directed and wrote the screenplay for Shrek the Third, providing voices for a few characters. His animation work also includes Madagascar and its video game, The Madagascar Penguins in a Christmas Caper, Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa, and Merry Madagascar. In addition, he has worked on a variety of features, commercials, videos, and internet projects, such as a short film entitled "Steven's Dream" for Steven Spielberg and advertisements for companies such as Coca-Cola, Canon, The Comedy Channel, and FILA, resulting in a Clio Award for the best-animated commercial.
