Biography
Bill Filipiak is an award-winning video director and editor based in Manhattan Beach, CA. His extensive portfolio spans network television series, web series, documentary films, social media and experiential videos, as well as music videos. Renowned for his strong storytelling skills and a profound love of music, his work has appeared on platforms such as Amazon Prime, Showtime, The Movie Channel, Circle TV, CMT Canada, CMT Pure, Music.Yahoo.com, GAC, RollingStone.com, USAToday.com, NYTimes.com, and BluegrassSituation.com.
Beginning in 2012, Bill began directing music videos for various Americana artists and has since collaborated with numerous Grammy-winning and nominated musicians, including Allison Russell, The Steep Canyon Rangers, Don Williams, Lee Ann Womack, and Sarah Jarosz.
While serving as Director of Production for Opry Entertainment, Bill oversaw numerous television series episodes that showcased the stories of artists like George Thorogood, Lainey Wilson, Dennis Quaid, Garth Brooks, and others.
