1. Victoria was born in Lima, Peru, in 1916, daughter of Alfred William Wallace and Maria Victoria Guerra Cueto. She had siblings Rodolfo, Enrique, Noemí, and Iris.
2. During her childhood, she was immersed in show business, as her family was connected to circus performances.
3. Alongside her siblings, she performed acting, dancing, and singing at local fairs, nurturing her passion for entertainment.
4. Seeking better opportunities, the family moved to Mexico, where Victoria's beauty and acting skills led her to Mexican cinema, starting with the film La Llorona in 1933. She later starred opposite popular actors of the era such as Juan José Martínez Casado, René Cardona, Ramón Pereda, and Víctor Manuel Mendoza.

Her brothers also made significant contributions to Mexican cinema: Enrique Wallace was a cinematographer, and Noemí Wallace was a renowned makeup artist who worked with stars like Dolores del Río and María Félix.
