Biography
Raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma by a whimsical, creativity-fueled household, Hayley was surrounded by storytelling from the start. Her uncle, a world-renowned ballet choreographer (i.e. Cirque du Soleil & the opening ceremony for the Olympics), gave her a backstage window into the magic of performance, where she became fascinated by the transformation of actors on stage.
At home, imagination ran wild-her parents (married on Día de los Muertos) fostered a playful, slightly irreverent sense of humor, complete with a full closet dedicated to costumes, wigs, and character-building props. Halloween was, without question, their Super Bowl.
Her upbringing was just as eclectic as her creative influences: Spanish immersion elementary school (learning to read Spanish before English), Catholic middle school (nuns and all), and a predominantly African American high school in Tulsa, where she was homecoming queen, varsity starter on the soccer team all four years, served as Student Council President and voted class clown year after year.
She later moved to Los Angeles to attend USC’s prestigious acting program, earning degrees from both the School of Dramatic Arts and School of Cinematic Arts, and receiving the Ruth and Albert McKinlay Award Scholarship for Outstanding Actor for her performance in *Vieux Carré*.
Since graduating, Hayley has continued training with top studios including Stan Kisch, Lesly Kahn, Scott Sedita, Warner Loughlin, The Groundlings, and UCB, while also working as a reader for several casting offices and privately for A-list talent.
Her screen work includes roles on Emmy winning television shows such as *The Morning Show*, *The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel*, *Reservation Dogs*, *High Potential*, *St. Denis Medical*, and more.
Off-screen, Hayley is an avid creator-writing, producing, and starring in original sketches, shorts, and features. She’s also a former collegiate soccer player, boxer, skier (black diamond), and certified scuba diver (wreck, night, and deep dives)-an adrenaline-seeker with a deep love of nature, people, and storytelling in all forms. She is passionate about mentorship and works with organizations like Young Storytellers and her Alma Mater (USC), helping empower the next generation find their voice.
