Biography
Mia, also known as "Meaw" or "Meaw Davis," was born in Eastern Thailand. She can speak four languages: Thai, English, Cambodian (Khmer), and Lao. Her mother is a tailor, and her mother's family is Chinese, while her father's family is Thai. Mia comes from a military background on her father's side. Her oldest uncle is a retired First Lieutenant (1LT) in the Royal Thai Army. Her next-oldest uncle holds the rank of Major (MAJ) in the Royal Thai Army before he retired, and her youngest uncle is a Municipality Deputy who governs a town in Thailand for a government organisation. Additionally, her younger brother serves as a Sergeant (SGT) in the Royal Thai Army. All of Mia's family and relatives reside in Thailand.
Mia is a professional model and actress with a mix of Thai and Chinese heritage. Mia moved to the UK in 2006 and started modelling in 2007 with the name 'Meaw Davis' and has agency representation as a commercial fitness model. She changed her name back to 'Mia' in 2018, her original name, having been called Mia since birth. Her official last name is "Davis" from her non-biological British parents. They are both retired British civil servants. Her British Dad was an executive officer in one of the UK government bodies, and her British Mum was a secretary. Her British parent have purchased a property in Spain and reside there.
In 2009, Mia started her acting career, made her first British film, and continues to seek roles to pursue a career in acting. Mia is known for Thugs, Mugs and Violence.... (2009) as Luk, Le Fear (2010) as Pretty, Tunnel Visions (2011) as Anna, The Rise of Jengo (2011) as Serena, Get Ca$h (2011) as Honey, Jengo Hooper (2013) as Serena.
Mia was sponsored by Funky-chic Boutique to enter the "Miss Thailand of Great Britain" beauty pageant contest at the Poole Thai Festival in 2012 and 2013. Her answers to the questions on stage impressed everyone who visited the festival. As a result, she was admired and recognised as the most memorable contestant by the audience. She has been titled "Beauty with Brains" ever since.
In 2015, Mia made her first television appearance in a pilot programme, An Immigrant's Guide to Britain (2015) which was aired on Channel 4 UK television.
In 2016, Mia appeared in a reality dating programme, Celebrity Dinner Date: Romeo Dunn (2016) which was aired on ITVbe UK television.
In 2021, Mia graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Honours from the University of Westminster.
