Biography
DeLaRosa Rivera is an American actor, writer, and voice performer born in Paterson, New Jersey, and raised in the Bronx, New York. A proud Afro-Caribbean Puerto Rican, Rivera draws inspiration from his rich cultural heritage and is committed to helping bring authentic, diverse stories and underrepresented voices to the screen. His entertainment career began in music and dance before transitioning to acting, where he has built a diverse body of work spanning film, television, theater, and video games.
DeLaRosa Rivera studied under acclaimed acting coach Aaron Speiser, developing a performance style recognized for its authenticity, emotional depth, and versatility. Throughout his career, he has portrayed a wide range of characters, earning recognition for grounded, compelling performances across drama, action, crime, and thriller genres.
His television credits include **Bosch: Legacy**, **Snowfall**, **Sugar**, **Lupin**, **Lethal Weapon**, **NCIS: Los Angeles**, and **The DL Chronicles**. His film work includes **The Curse of La Llorona** and numerous independent features and short films. As a voice actor, Rivera portrayed the powerful Udam leader **Ull** in Ubisoft's critically acclaimed video game **Far Cry Primal**.
