Biography
Thabiso Njoko is an entrepreneur, creative strategist, and founder based in Eswatini, with a focus on music, creative direction, and entertainment ventures. He is the Founder & CEO of Secunda Henderson Management, guiding artists and creators in talent management, brand strategy, and career development. He is also the Founder & President of Riska_D_Rollaz Records, a label dedicated to nurturing emerging musical talent, producing and promoting innovative projects across Southern Africa.
In addition to his work in music, Thabiso leads Riska_D_Rollaz Travel & Tours, curating immersive, culturally rich, and sustainable experiences for travelers. He is the Executive & Founder of the Spaza Union Initiative and Programme Director of the SUI Youth Environmental Empowerment Programme (YEEP), empowering young leaders and fostering community development.
He serves as Chairman of Ngwempisi Trust, overseeing Khelekhele Lodge & Campsite, Khopho Backpackers, and Ngwempisi Hiking Trails, and is active in sports as PRO at Velezizweni United FC. Thabiso is also an angel investor and advisor in blockchain and creative tech, blending innovation with creative enterprise.
