Cole Evan Weiss is redefining the image of "teens" in Hollywood. Moving away from the usual glitz and glamour, Cole brings a fresh kind of charisma and appeal. Intelligent, informed, and engaged, this young man, with his captivating smile, is set for a breakthrough year with several projects sure to make his name widely recognized.
In Fox Home Entertainment's original DVD movie, The Sandlot 2, Cole stars as Saul, the caring brother of a deaf boy, a role that allowed him to showcase his real-life knowledge of sign language. This eagerly awaited sequel is set 10 years after the original, featuring a new generation of players facing their biggest challenge yet.
Additionally, Cole appears in Martin Lawrence's Rebound as a confident junior high basketball player who criticizes Lawrence's team. At just 15, Cole has already amassed a diverse range of roles. In the AFI film Double Negatives, he delivered a powerful performance as a boy struggling with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. His film credits also include the Sci-Fi Channel's Movie-of-the-Week Incident at Kelly, Cat's Bad Hair Day, and Halloween Tricks and Sweets.
On television, Cole has guest-starred on shows such as Let's Just Play, The Edj!, Second Noah, Rescue 911, Gullah Island, and Boy Meets World. He has also lent his voice to numerous commercials, industrials, and video games, including the popular Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen PlayStation games. As a young spokesperson for Disney World, he has filmed promotional campaigns for the famed resort and theme park.
Despite his busy Hollywood schedule, Cole has also developed his skills in live theater, starring in roles such as Oliver in Oliver!, Tom Sawyer in Huck Finn, Charlie in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, and Michael in Peter Pan. Beyond his career, Cole is committed to helping others, frequently participating in charity events and humanitarian efforts. His genuine compassion naturally shines through in his performances.
Although primarily based in California, where he is homeschooled, Cole also spends time living in Florida.
