Biography

Aaron Farb was born in Rockford, Illinois, on March 12, 1981. After completing a double major in Fine Art (intaglio printmaking) and business marketing, he co-founded a custom log cabin construction company with his father. Although the business thrived, Aaron's artistic passion eventually led him into the world of film. While Michael Mann's Public Enemies (2009) was filming in Wisconsin, Aaron worked as Christian Bale's stand-in. Following roles in several films and commercials in Chicago, he closed the business to pursue acting full-time in Los Angeles. His natural intensity and connection quickly garnered attention. Aaron made his feature film debut opposite Leonardo DiCaprio as Officer Jones in Clint Eastwood's J. Edgar (2011). He has since worked alongside Hollywood talents such as Joaquin Phoenix and Paul Thomas Anderson in The Master (2012), Harrison Ford in 42 (2013), Alex Kurtzman in People Like Us (2012), and Jeremy Renner in Kill the Messenger (2014). His television credits include the role of Simons on Sony PlayStation's Powers (2015), as well as appearances on Homeland (2014), Drop Dead Diva (2014), Grimm (2012), and Revolution (2012).
