Synopsis
In the bustling heart of a coffee empire, Lou (Marie Nasemann) once stood by her ambitious husband, Tristan (Trystan Pütter), as he tirelessly built his dream from the ground up. But the relentless pace took its toll, sending Lou to a clinic where she found solace and love with the soulful musician, Mo (Timur Isik). Their love story blossomed into a new family, with two bright young souls, Fritte (Emily Kaiser) and Nano (Michel Johann Koch), joining Lou's older children, Toni (Lola Höller) and Fabi (Noèl Gabriel Kipp).
Tragedy strikes when an accident claims Lou's life, leaving Mo fighting to keep their blended family together. Meanwhile, Tristan, who had once let his ambitions eclipse his family, suddenly seeks to reclaim his children, Toni and Fabi. But as fate would have it, his plans are upended, and he finds the house empty, the family gone. In a poignant moment of grief and love, Mo and the children spend the night at the cemetery, honoring Lou's memory.
Tensions reach a boiling point when Tristan arrives to take Toni and Fabi back, igniting a clash of wills under the somber moonlight. The chaos seems insurmountable until young Fritte, wise beyond her years, offers an unexpected solution: "You move in together. Tristan and you. We all live together." In the face of heartbreak, a new vision of family emerges—one stitched together by love, loss, and hope.
