Synopsis
In a time of upheaval, when the Gengzi Kingdom's fall left China in ruins, a group of idealistic youth emerged, driven by a burning desire to save their homeland. Aristocratic Liang Xiang, fiery revolutionary Yang Kai Zhi, and steadfast Beiyang Guardian Li Ren Jun become trailblazers, venturing to Japan's non-commissioned officer's school to seek knowledge. On a fateful journey across the sea, they encounter exiled revolutionaries Yu Tian Bai and Qiu Hong, uniting their destinies forever.
Amid the bustling streets of Tokyo, where ideologies clash and dreams ignite, they forge a bond of justice, pursue love, and fight tirelessly to breathe new life into China. Upon their return, Liang Xiang's dreams of national prosperity and military strength are ensnared in the treacherous web of power, forcing him to retreat and find wisdom in solitude. Meanwhile, Kai Zhi's valor in Yanji shatters the pride of Japanese imperialism, earning him the title "hero of border defense."
The struggle intensifies as revolutionary, constitutional, and Beiyang factions vie for dominance. In the crucible of the 1911 Revolution, brave patriots spill their blood to dismantle an ancient order.
