Growing up in West London, Adwoa was a member of the esteemed National Youth Theatre, where she discovered her passion for acting—an enthusiasm that continues to shape her career. She later earned a bachelor's degree in Modern Drama from Brunel University. Beyond acting, Adwoa is a dedicated advocate, founding Gurls Talk, a community-driven organization focused on promoting the mental health and wellbeing of adolescent girls and young women. Gurls Talk works to destigmatize mental health discussions and build a supportive environment where all girls can be heard.
