Juliet Tondowski was born to two theater actor parents, which inspired her name. Her family moved frequently across the US and Europe until she attended Bennington College, where she studied Theater and Dance, with a minor in excessive drinking and questionable decisions. During college, she created large-scale dance pieces, managing every aspect from lighting and sound to choreography, costumes, and performing.
Now based in Los Angeles, Juliet works full-time as an actor. Her credits include appearances on Life in Pieces, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, Feud, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, I'm Dying Up Here, Hand of God, and more. In 2015, she created a web series called TMI Taxi on YouTube. During the pandemic, she wrote, directed, created, and starred in a 10-episode series titled Zooming, available on YouTube and Instagram, which was highlighted by We the Women Collective as a standout project in 2020.
Juliet has a two-year-old son named Roger—who is actually a dog. She also frequently shares videos of herself dancing in spandex on Instagram between auditions. Additionally, she writes; since age six, she has been an avid diary keeper, documenting moments such as her first kiss, her parents' divorce, and a night she vomited after a single shot of whiskey. She enjoys writing poetry, short stories, and any form that captures the truth of her human experience. From childhood, Juliet's primary passion has been the pursuit of love.
