Peter is an Emmy Award-winning film and TV producer and production executive with over 20 years of industry experience, encompassing production, distribution, and co-production. He served as the lead producer of the feature documentary One to One: John & Yoko, directed by Academy Award-winning director Kevin Macdonald for Plan B/KM Films and Mercury Studios. The film premiered at the Venice, Telluride, and Sundance Film Festivals and is set for theatrical release in the UK through Dogwoof and worldwide in April 2025.
Currently working as a freelance producer, Peter specializes in the production and distribution of long-form music programming. He spent more than fifteen years at Universal Music Group's Eagle Rock (now Mercury Studios). His recent production credits include Eric Clapton: Across 24 Nights (Warner Music), the Emmy Award-winning and Grammy-nominated Miles Davis: Birth of the Cool (PBS, BBC, Netflix), Shania Twain: Not Just a Girl (Netflix), the series Icon: Music Through the Lens (Sky, PBS), and Classic Albums (Sky, BBC). Peter has managed the worldwide theatrical release of numerous documentaries with distributors such as Trafalgar, Piece of Magic, Breakout Films, Abramorama, Dogwoof, and Magnolia, and has distributed films by directors including Werner Herzog, Michael Moore, and Mike Figgis.
