Rahul Singh, also known as "Master Rinku," began his career at the age of three as a child actor, initially earning 90 rupees per day. His father, Amarjeet Singh, taught him the value of money and the importance of acting, encouraging him to pursue it to afford a proper education and better living. From that moment, Rahul Singh never looked back.
Rahul Singh has been fortunate to work with many senior Bollywood actors such as Dilip Kumar, Pran, Dharmendra, Jeetendra, Shammi Kapoor, Sanjeev Kumar, and Rishi Kapoor. However, he still regrets never having the chance to share the screen with his all-time favorite actor, Amitabh Bachchan.
His last film as a child artist was "Namak."
After some years, Master Rinku, aka Rahul Singh, made his debut as a story and screenplay writer with the movie "Kya Love Story Hai," starring Kareena Kapoor, Tushar Kapoor, and Ayesha Takia. The film was directed by his elder brother, Lovely Singh. Alongside writing, he also acted in the movie.
To deepen his understanding of filmmaking, he later had the opportunity to learn direction under the mentorship of film director Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
In 2017, he directed a music album featuring actress Ayesha Takia titled "Zindagi Yeh Zindagi." In 2019, he directed his first international music album, "Le Christ est ressuscité," which was filmed in Mauritius.
