Kristen Elizabeth was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. Her father, Bill, was a film critic, and her mother, Linda, was a teacher. Kristen began acting at a very young age. Although her father opposed her becoming a child actor, she always felt that performing was her true calling. After several years working in Hollywood during her late teens and early twenties, Kristen left the industry due to breast implant illness and her experience as a #MeToo survivor in Hollywood.
She collaborated with some of the most respected figures in Hollywood, including Garry Marshall, Tim Conway, Henry Winkler, and Dan Aykroyd, among others. Kristen also gained experience behind the camera in film and television production. As a print model, she appeared in numerous international magazines. As a professional dancer, she served as a preliminary guest judge on Fox’s So You Think You Can Dance, worked as a professional exotic dance choreographer, and owned and operated several pole dance studios.
Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media & Film Studies with a minor in Theater Arts. As of 2023, she works as a film intimacy professional, acting coach, dance instructor, and Intimacy Coordinator, Consultant, and Choreographer for film and television in the Pacific Northwest. With over 30 years in the entertainment industry, her acting students have landed leading roles on Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV, in major films, and on Broadway. She teaches a unique method of acting, film intimacy, and dance that draws from decades of study and personal experience, blending physicality with psychology to ensure performers remain both physically and emotionally safe.
