Jesse James Youngblood is a unique character actor recognized for his roles in 300 (2006), Heathens and Thieves (2012), True Blood (2010), and numerous television, film, and commercial appearances. Born in Lubbock, Texas, Jesse moved to Whittier, California, as a young boy. His modest upbringing inspired his philosophy of "never say never." Despite many doubting him, he continually aimed for the highest goals. As a slender child, he focused on strengthening his mind, body, and spirit. He developed an interest in fitness, nutrition, and the arts, which led to a successful bodybuilding career, earning titles such as Mr. Los Angeles and Mr. California. During this time, he honed his commitment, dedication, motivation, and discipline—qualities that have greatly benefited his acting career. Jesse is passionate about giving back to his community, having worked with the Inner City Youth Games alongside Arnold Schwarzenegger and currently engaging in motivational speaking for elementary school students. In recent years, he has been invited to speak at Sherman Native School in Riverside, California.
