Adrianne Richards is an actor, singer, dancer, and voice artist who has performed internationally.
She made her theatrical debut at age 11 in Vancouver, BC, with Claymar Productions. She studied dance at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, PA, and danced with the Koresh Dance Company for a season before moving to Germany to perform in the musical Cats.
Starting her film and TV career in Montreal, Canada, she continued acting in plays, musicals, and dance companies, including the French premiere of Broadway's Chicago (in Montreal and Paris), Cabaret, and originated the role of Bobbi in Sidemart Theatrical Grocer's The Haunted Hillbilly. She toured nationally with Chicago on the Cellblock National Tour and performed in Chicago at The Hollywood Bowl as dance captain under the direction of Brooke Shields.
Her film and TV credits include ABC's Desperate Housewives, CBS's #Friends With Better Lives, Lifetime's Circle of Friends, CBC's The Detectives, MGM's The Truth about the Harry Quebert Affair, ID's Fatal Vows, Chazz Palminteri's Noel, and Benjamin Steiger Levine's Zachary Samuel: Illusionist, which enjoyed success on the festival circuit. Adrianne also starred in Steven Espinoza's Black Dahlia Ballet and Susan Fuda's Underneath.
She co-founded the Montreal-based band In the Living Room and released her solo album Happy on iTunes in 2012. As a voice actor, she has lent her voice to numerous TV, web, and radio advertisements. In 2020, Adrianne received a META nomination for Outstanding Performance by a Lead Actress for her starring role in the English-language world premiere of MOB at Centaur Theatre.
