Producer, screenwriter, and director of documentaries and feature films, he has created over 150 documentaries and two feature films, serving as both director and screenwriter. In many projects, he has also taken on the role of producer. His work has received numerous awards at international and Greek festivals. Many of his documentaries have been showcased in special screenings in Greece and abroad and have enjoyed successful distribution in theaters and on television. From 2000 for more than a decade, he was a regular director for the renowned TV documentary program Paraskinio on the Hellenic Broadcasting Corporation (ERT). He specializes in cultural (arts and literature), historical, and sports genres. Between 2002 and 2003, he worked as an advisor and reporter on the radio program "Mythomania" for Era Spor, conducting interviews with prominent figures in Greek sports. Following extensive research into the history and social aspects of athletics, he published a comprehensive essay in 2005 titled "The Romance of the Football." In 2009, he directed and wrote a documentary series for the Greek broadcaster SKAI TV called "Forever Champions," exploring the history of football and basketball in Greece. In 2014, he created another documentary series for ERT titled "In the Fever of the World Cup," focusing on the World Cup's history. He has produced over 30 documentaries on theater and drama, personally handling directing, camera operation, and production, documenting the entire theatrical process from the first day of rehearsals through to the premiere. Historically, he has conducted significant research on Greece's World War II and Civil War periods, producing several documentaries on these topics. Beyond his primary roles as director and producer, he has organized retrospectives and special screenings at cinemas and cultural centers. Additionally, he has written cinema history articles for over 15 years. He has assembled and continues to expand a vast archive collection featuring old films, documentaries, feature films spanning all cinematic eras, TV programs, interviews, and magazines and newspapers of historical and cultural significance.
