Soozi is a London-based singer, journalist, writer, and actor with over twenty years of singing experience. She currently leads the newly formed psychedelic stoner doom metal band, The Pilgrimace Of Manon. Previously, she founded and fronted the alternative/grunge band Soozi Q and the Dirtbags, as well as the blues group Cusp.
In 1998, Soozi completed a course at Milfield Theatre, where she honed her acting, singing, and dancing abilities. In 2005, she studied journalism, social media, film, and TV production at Hertford Regional College, excelling in her studies. Over the past three years, Soozi has collaborated with Aprés Vague Productions. She portrayed Tracy in Selene Kapsaski's horror musical Spidarlings (2016) and served as the principal choreographer and production assistant, also assisting with casting. Her previous roles include a minor part in the pilot for the TV show Funny Or Die Trying, where she played an exotic dancer and worked as the second assistant director.
Since early 2013, Soozi has worked as a music and alternative lifestyle journalist, reviewing gigs, albums, fetish club events, and exhibitions within the alternative scene for Metal-Rules and The Independent Voice.
She also serves as the alternative scene correspondent for the US TV production London Calling by Mr Binks Media/Apres Vague Productions.
