Taylor Hay, born in San Diego, CA, began her acting career at age four with a role in the first commercial she auditioned for. She steadily built her portfolio until a cancer diagnosis at nine paused her work. After recovering, Taylor eagerly returned to acting.
Soon after, she landed her first voiceover role in Yes, Virginia, along with several web, television, and feature film projects. As her career picked up again, she honed her skills, earning the lead role of Quinn Reynolds in a series and securing parts in two network shows. Beyond acting, Taylor is an accomplished equestrian, holding multiple national titles in Arabian horse disciplines. In 2011 alone, she earned six national Top Ten placements, all before turning thirteen.
Her experience with illness inspired her to advocate for numerous non-profits such as the Make-A-Wish Foundation, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Alex's Lemonade Stand, Cancer for College (where she collaborated with Will Ferrell), Rady Children's Hospital, A Place Called Home, Redlight Traffic, and Ronald McDonald House. She is committed to supporting these organizations to help children facing life-threatening conditions.
Taylor also founded and hosts Star for a Night, a bi-annual charity event celebrating youth confronting serious illnesses. The fundraiser supports various charities aiding children in need. By its third anniversary in 2016, Star for a Night had raised nearly $15,000, with Taylor aiming to make each year larger and more impactful than the last.
