Her indie romantic comedies include Less Traveled and Non-Committal Type, while In the Cards has completed production and is currently seeking distribution.
Christan's work has received recognition from numerous international festivals and screenplay competitions, including honors associated with the Festival de Cannes for Curbside Service. She received Best Screenplay of the Year at the Cannes International Cineverse Screenplay Awards, along with the ScreenCraft Screenwriter of the Year Award presented in association with Cannes International Cineverse.
Before transitioning fully into screenwriting and producing, Christan worked across multiple production departments, gaining early industry experience on The Details, starring Tobey Maguire, Laura Linney, Elizabeth Banks, and Ray Liotta. She has served as a staff screenwriter for multiple production companies and as an Official Jury Member for both the International Cinema Center and the Waco Faith & Family International Film Festival.
