سيرة
Known as "Toma" and of Sicilian heritage, I was born in Florence in 1989 and began studying photography in Tuscany at a young age.
Raised in an anthropologist family, my passion for exploring diverse cultures led me to work and travel across the globe—from Japan to Guatemala, the USA, Europe, Mexico, Taiwan, Jamaica, the Bahamas, and South Korea.
In 2010, I relocated to London to continue my career as a photographer and independent filmmaker. Growing tired of the gloomy UK weather, I moved to sunny Los Angeles in 2013 to hone my cinematography skills and refine both my artistic vision and technique. Since then, I've had the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with some of the most creative minds in the industry, including Hoyte Van Hoytema, Gus Van Sant, Quentin Tarantino, Sacha Baron Cohen, Snoop Dogg, and T-Pain. My narrative work in feature and short films has been showcased at over 20 festivals. In 2017, I proudly joined the prestigious International Cinematographers Guild Local 600. Beyond cinematography, I have a deep passion for all forms of art—from painting, architecture, and cuisine to music and the elegant design of vintage Vespas.
As always, I am on the lookout for my next adventure...
