Cameron Worthen, born on May 21, 1984, in Houston, Texas, grew up in Deer Park, Texas with his father, mother, and sister. He graduated from Deer Park High School in 2002, where he participated in Choir, Theatre, and Football. During a trip with the Deer Park Choir to Los Angeles, California, Cameron dreamed of having his own star on Hollywood Boulevard.
He went on to earn a BFA in Musical Theatre from Sam Houston State University. Cameron also attended several intensives, including The Broadway Theatre Project in 2007 and 2009. Notable stage roles include Lenny in Mice and Men, Julian Marsh in 42nd Street, and Dave Bucatinsky in The Full Monty.
Cameron has collaborated with TUTS in Houston and The Ensemble Theatre, working alongside talented performers. In 2011, he auditioned for a project accepted into the New York Musical Theatre Festival, which led to Off-Broadway performances. He stayed in New York City for a time, cherishing the experience.
After returning to Texas, Cameron became active in the Texas film community, participating in various independent film projects with multiple directors and producers. His notable film credits include Sorrow, Brothers, and Come Home. He continues to refine his craft with the guidance of his acting coach.
In his free time, Cameron enjoys martial arts training, exercising, and online gaming. He possesses a natural ability to captivate audiences repeatedly.
