Originally from the Boston area and later Northern California, Vincent Duvall-DePasquale spent much of his early life moving between towns and cities. After being voted most humorous, making the all-star baseball team, earning a spot on the dean's list, and engaging in various other adventures, he earned a partial scholarship to the University of California, overcoming a challenging youth in Sonoma County. He studied business at UC Berkeley and pursued film and theatre at UCLA. While at Berkeley, he joined Sigma Alpha Mu and the UC Taekwondo team. After receiving the Shakespeare Award at UCLA, he continued his studies at Balliol College, Oxford, England, training in classical acting with members of the RSC, LAMDA, RADA, and other UK professionals. His first professional stage role was a lead in Steven Berkoff's Acapulco at the Odyssey Theater in Los Angeles.
Vince has been involved in crime dramas since his first SAG role on Midnight Caller in the 1990s. He has worked alongside actors such as Billy Bob Thornton, Taylor Sheridan, Jon Hamm, Kevin Costner, Nathan Fillion, Alec Baldwin, James Caan, Charlie Hunnam, Anthony LaPaglia, Patricia Arquette, Laurence Fishburne, Paul Guilfoyle, Viola Davis, Tim Roth, Craig T. Nelson, and many others, as well as with renowned directors. Beyond crime dramas, he has appeared in numerous indie feature films, shorts, sitcoms, and family entertainment.
Primarily an actor and writer, Duvall has also produced several feature films, numerous shorts, a few plays, and the last truly independent film festival, DWF, at the Chinese Theater. Additionally, he served as an operations manager at Dodger Stadium and owned a franchise of Seattle Best Café. When not acting, he spends his time writing, performing stand-up comedy, and traveling.
