Jason Charles Miller is a seasoned performer with over 30 years of experience as a singer, songwriter, voice actor, and music producer, firmly establishing himself as a veteran in the entertainment industry.
He has released six albums blending rock, country, Americana, and heavy Southern rock, featuring collaborations with artists such as Rickey Medlocke (Lynyrd Skynyrd), Kenny Aronoff, Brenda Lee Eager, Duane Betts (Allman Betts Band), Ben Moody (Evanescence), Reeves Gabrels (David Bowie/The Cure), Charlie Starr (Blackberry Smoke), and Michael 'Fish' Herring (Prince). His most recent album, *Knives in the Dark*, includes contributions from Aronoff, Cristina Vee, soul legend Ellis Hall (Tower of Power), and multi-Grammy-winning producer Matt Hyde.
As a solo artist, Jason has performed alongside and opened for notable country and rock acts including Billy Ray Cyrus, Alan Jackson, Eric Church, Toby Keith, Ashley McBryde, Allman Betts Band, .38 Special, Night Ranger, Gary Allan, Justin Moore, Big Kenny of Big and Rich, and Jerrod Niemann.
Jason’s lead vocals are featured on the Billboard-topping theme song for the 2019 video game *Final Fantasy XIV: Shadowbringers*. Since then, he has recorded additional songs for the FFXIV franchise such as "To the Edge" and "Close in the Distance," and has performed worldwide at FFXIV live events with orchestras including the Tokyo Philharmonic (Tokyo and Saudi Arabia), Guangzhou Symphony (China), Seoul Philharmonic, and the BBC Orchestra. His ongoing collaborations with FFXIV composer Masayoshi Soken also led to Jason singing "Take Flight," the entrance theme for international wrestling star Kenny Omega.
His vocal contributions extend to the acclaimed *Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance* soundtrack, co-writing three songs for the top-selling 2020 video game *Cyberpunk 2077*, theme songs for *Critical Role* and Amazon Prime’s *The Legend of Vox Machina*, and providing backup vocals for Robert Smith of The Cure on the Gabrels/Smith track "Yesterday’s Gone." For a Klingon-themed expansion, Jason was commissioned by *Star Trek Online* to write a metal song about the Klingon homeworld.
Jason also hosted the Webby-nominated show *Starter Kit* on Geek & Sundry, where he taught celebrities to play tabletop role-playing games. He has appeared as a host and on-air personality on streaming platforms including *Dungeons & Dragons*, Nerdist, Hyper RPG, The Young Turks, and Dropout. He co-hosts *Bardic Inspiration*, a weekly D&D songwriting show sponsored by Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms on the CNEGames Twitch channel.
A SOVA-winning voice actor, Jason’s work spans hundreds of video games, commercials, animated series, and documentaries. His credits include major franchises like *World of Warcraft*, *Halo*, *Street Fighter*, *Elder Scrolls*, as well as animated series such as *Avatar: The Last Airbender*, *Attack on Titan*, and *Batman*. He has even narrated a NASA film.
On screen, Miller has appeared in the SyFy original movie *Battle Planet*, *Chatroom of Solitude* on Stan Lee’s World of Heroes network, played himself in season 5 of *The Guild*, and appeared alongside Lewis Black and Andy Dick in various Comedy Central productions.
Best known as the frontman and founder of the rock band Godhead, he has sold over 250,000 albums and toured globally with artists like Ozzy Osbourne, Rammstein, Disturbed, Marilyn Manson, Linkin Park, Slipknot, and Korn’s Jonathan Davis.
In 2004, Jason wrote the all-star charity single "Forever In Our Hearts" to aid victims of the South Asian tsunami, featuring artists such as Brian McKnight, Mya, Jacoby Shaddix (Papa Roach), Nate Dogg, and others.
Originally from Clifton, Virginia, Jason now resides in Los Angeles, California.
