Originally from Nebraska, Dustin began her acting journey at the Omaha Community Playhouse, founded by Marlon Brando's mother. After earning a BA in theatre from Pepperdine University, she performed Shakespeare Off-Broadway in a 500-seat theatre, wrote and performed with the urban sketch comedy troupe The Actor's Gang in New York, joined Los Angeles' oldest theatre company Company of Angels playing Sally Bowles, co-hosted the Miss Hollywood Image event at Universal Studios, contributed to LA Weekly's Ensemble of the Year Award-winning production of "Trainspotting," and received praise from Variety for her "understated perfection" in "St. Elmo's Fire."
Recently, Dustin spoke Albanian on CBS's "NCIS," which won the International Audience Award for Most Watched Drama Worldwide. Her television credits also include guest appearances on Comedy Central, The WB, and Univision, and she is the sole actor featured in Slash’s music video "You're a Lie."
Her film highlights include portraying Masie Mather in Rob Zombie's "The Lords of Salem," the emotionally charged and action-driven role of Laura in the upcoming "Reversal," and her second collaboration with multi-award-winning filmmaker Dawn Higginbotham in "The Usual," which was honored at the Cannes International Film Festival.
Dustin recently joined Jennifer Lawrence and Charlize Theron on NYBlondes.com's Hottest Blondes of LA list and starred in a fashion film directed by Michael Kahn that was acquired by FashionTV.
She has also walked the runway at New York and LA Fashion Weeks.
