Ariel Nuñez Di Croce was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
He began studying theatre at 14, with his first mentor being the renowned musical-comedy director Hugo Midon. Over three years, he explored various disciplines such as choreography, expressive rhythmic movement, singing, and acting classes, which deepened his understanding of his craft as an actor. Later, he studied under Julio Chavez for two years. Chavez, regarded as one of Argentina's finest actors, has received numerous awards, including the Silver Bear for Best Actor at the 2007 Berlinale for "El otro," directed by Ariel Rotter.
In 2007, Marco Berger cast Ariel in the lead role of "El Reloj." The film received numerous awards and was featured in over 100 festivals worldwide, including Cannes 2008 and Sundance 2009.
Ariel continued his studies with Lito Cruz for a year, during which he portrayed Orsino, the Duke of Illyria, in Shakespeare's "Twelfth Night." Seeking a deeper understanding of human nature, he began studying with Ricardo Bartiz in 2009, who provided him with new tools to refine his acting skills.
In 2008, Marco Berger invited him again to star in "Plan B." This film garnered multiple awards, including Best Picture at the Toronto Film Festival, Audience Choice Awards at the Melbourne Queer Film Festival, Best Picture at the San Diego Film Festival, and Best Script at the Bilbao Film Festival. It also screened at festivals in Havana, Rome, and London's BFI.
By age 21, Ariel had appeared in numerous TV series such as "El deseo," "Mujeres de Nadie," "Por amor a vos," "Enséname a vivir," and "Tratame Bien."
On stage, he played Mario Villegas in Yoska Lazaro's play "Los errores de Noé" ("Noé's Mistakes"), which was well received by both audiences and critics.
