By age three, Mycole was already performing in dance recitals. By ten, she was touring with theatre groups and attending Shakespearean camp. When she landed her first role in The Sandlot, she realized she had found her true passion.
Mycole Metcalf is an American film actress, fashion model, and advocate for various charitable causes. She is currently starring in and producing an engaging environmental documentary and is developing a foundation to offer art programs to underprivileged children.
Supported by her loving family, Mycole grew into an actress and host, appearing in numerous local independent films and commercials. She also enjoyed her time as Miss Utah, which deepened her commitment to community service. Mycole had a blast guest hosting ESPN's Extreme Sports. A theater scholar trained in Stanislavski, she has performed in many productions, including a favorite role as Sophie in "Sophie's Choice." After graduating from university, driven by her passion, she moved to Los Angeles where she felt at home. To date, she has appeared on television shows such as NYPD Blue, Entourage, and House. Mycole was fortunate to work with director Nick Cassavetes in Alpha Dog, portraying Sunshine Parsons ("Witness #3"). After her energetic experience on the set of Fast & Furious, she starred in Ruthless in Love and Closet Cyclers, both accepted into upcoming film festivals.
Her filmmaking perspective broadened when investors supported the production of some of her own scripts, with more projects currently in development.
Mycole seeks out challenging and inspiring roles. With intensive emotional training at Ivana Chubbuck Studios, she thrives in dramatic parts but also enjoys making audiences laugh. She has performed in improvisational sketch shows in Hollywood and with troupes at the Comedy Store and Hollywood Improv. Mycole believes she has found a strong balance in her craft as she continues to grow and excel in her acting career.
Her hobbies include dancing, rollerblading on the beach, and traveling. An adventurer at heart, she enjoys hiking, snorkeling, and is learning new martial arts techniques. Thanks to her dad, she also plays various ball sports.
