Scott Seargeant is an award-winning writer, director, and producer, as well as the founder of Revolier Films. Established in 2014, Revolier Films quickly gained acclaim for Scott’s short films, The Fallen and The Thank You. His sitcom, Temporary Insanity, boasts over 80,000 Facebook followers eagerly awaiting its public release, fueled by a successful social media campaign.
An eclectic and dynamic storyteller, Scott blends real-life experiences and current events into engaging TV shows, books, plays, feature films, and captivating scripts. His body of work includes screenplays such as Flashlight, Subconscious, Z Survive, and Well-Being, alongside the acclaimed multi-media, multi-language webisode, The Alien, which attracted millions of international followers from the outset. His newest project, the sharp and humorous sitcom Temporary Insanity, already enjoys a substantial fan base. As a renowned author, Scott was the first to publish Allergy-Free Living, a groundbreaking book on plant-related allergies and allergy-free plants. This book is now considered the definitive global guide on the subject.
Scott adopted a grassroots, human-centered approach to marketing his book, which went viral and featured in over 100 newspapers across the U.S. and Canada, including the San Francisco Chronicle. He made numerous appearances on radio talk shows and interviews and was featured in 12 major magazines, such as Family Circle and the medical journal Allergy & Immunology.
His book achieved international success and is utilized at conferences in England and Pakistan. Remarkably, the entire PR campaign cost less than $200. “I realize how important the message is when selling a product or informing an audience,” Scott noted.
In addition to his creative pursuits, Scott is an International Arborist, with work spanning the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, addressing complex outdoor environmental challenges. He holds a B.S. degree from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California.
Scott is also an accomplished songwriter, having composed music for several independent films. His literary success and diverse talents led him to host Central Valley Gardening, a 30-minute show offering innovative gardening tips to enhance landscaping while saving time and money. The show aired for five consecutive years.
