Valarie Benning Thompson – Producer
With over 30 years of experience, Valarie Benning Thompson is a seasoned producer and entertainment industry veteran who has launched careers and supported numerous talents across Olympic Games, television, digital content creation, and live entertainment. Throughout her career, she has produced or managed more than 25 stadium, arena, theatrical tours, and residencies both nationally and internationally. Her work spans artists and productions such as Luther Vandross, Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, NWA, Guy, Bow Wow, DaBrat, The Wiz, 42nd Street, Sounds of Blackness, The World Cup Opening Ceremony, The Centennial Olympic Games, Prince, Kevin Hart, Mike Epps, DeRay Davis, Eddie Griffin, The Shaquille O’Neal All Star Comedy Jam, and Wild N’Out Live.
A highly sought-after producer, Valarie has created television projects for Kevin Hart, Mike Epps, Mo’Nique, Eddie Griffin, Gary Owens, the 2019, 2021, and 2022 Trumpet Awards, and nine installments of The Shaquille O’Neal All Star Comedy Jam for Showtime Networks. She has also served as Executive Producer for the 24th through 27th Annual Superbowl Soulful Celebration Shows. Additionally, Valarie has produced extensive digital content for streaming platforms including LOL Network, Peacock, Tubi, and Roku.
