Biographie
Christopher Diaz is a Cuban American actor, producer, and bilingual voice artist whose career spans television, film, and international animation. He is best known for portraying real-life hero Vince Velazquez in the lead role on ATL Homicide, appearing across four seasons.
His television credits also include guest-starring roles on FBI: Most Wanted and Chicago PD for CBS, as well as Grown, in which he portrayed Juancho in the Project Greenlight-winning series executive produced by Matt Damon and Ben Affleck. He also appeared in the Blackpills streaming series Duels and recently completed Spray Away, directed by Pete Capo, which is currently on the film festival circuit.
Known for his grounded, charismatic performances and bilingual versatility, Christopher has built a reputation for portraying authentic, emotionally layered characters in both English and Spanish. His work has ranged from network television and independent features to commercials and digital series.
In addition to acting, Christopher is an accomplished producer with extensive experience in television and independent film. He currently serves as producer of El Show de la Noche, the long-running Saturday night variety series airing in prime-time on AmericaTeVe, where he oversees production, talent coordination, and creative development. He has also produced multiple feature films and television projects, bringing stories from development through production and distribution.
As a bilingual voice actor with more than twelve years of experience, Christopher has lent his voice to hundreds of characters across animation, anime, and television. His voice credits include Gintama, Case Closed, Captain Tsubasa, Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood (Spanish), The King’s Avatar: For the Glory, BoBoiBoy, Wakfu, Hazard, El Señor de Los Cielos, and numerous other international productions.
